We want to talk to you about missions and missionaries. We each have the task of following Christ's commandment to "go ye into all the world and preach the gospel". Yet, we cannot all physically go. So what do we do? We send those that can and will go! In doing so, we have obeyed God's commandment.
We are "Mission Minded" at Alabama Ministerial Association and pray that you will join us in every endeavor to empower missionaries already in the fields as others are being trained in the fullness and truths of our Lord's Word.
Each church should have a missions program. If you don't, feel free to contact Alabama Ministerial Association and join us as we support missions overseas as well as in the United States of America. If you already support a mission field/s, we honor your efforts and welcome your assistance here as well. Our dollars will go even further by combining our efforts and supporting the men and women of God already in position to share God's Word to the nations and by training ministers in their homeland to reach the lost in that nation.
It is imperative that any mission/missionary be established in the Word of God with complete training in a solid Bible foundation. Any house built on a weak foundation will fall.
Alabama Ministrial Association was formed in the year 2000 during a revival at Gospel Truth Lighthouse Church. The purpose to this membership is to keep in touch with God's ministers all over the world. Also, to provide you with encouragment, resources and information that we can share with you.
